We Are Not Your Kind Tracklist:
Wow. After 20 years this is a masterpiece of any and every thing u want and more. Heavy Fast great vocals lyrics. This gonna probably break into dome fans top 1 or two Slipknot albums ever 🔥🔥🔥😎
Pretty expieramental but good. It is a strong 3.5/5 in my opinion Or a 7/10. But some tracks on here just don’t do it for me. But other tracks are really good. I still think it is a pretty cool album.
I’m Quinn r and I am 10years old and I can not listen to a song that has bad words in it so can you make a clean version of this to:slipknot ps love it to I only have only the clean songs 🙂 and who is the new members name? And where’s chris fhen
Unsainted, Birth of The Cruel, Spiders, Nero Forte, and Critical Darling are probably the best songs in this album. Only Gripe: The old original sound is lacking Summary: Very good album. Its a break from all the pop and r&b. Keep rockin bois 👌🤟
I saw this band in club DV8 in Seattle in the late 90’s. With Dope, and Coal Chamber headlined. Since then I’ve seen the first Knotfest, and most recently the first Knotfest Road Show. Not to mention all the shows in between. Even getting back stage in Auburn, Wa the night Sid broke his ankles/feet with my 12 year old daughter. We pilfered both dressing rooms. My daughter still has a drum head that reads, “if I were king” through the diameter closing in on the center. Now that I’ve established my tenure as a knot fan, this album is fantastic. Obviously it’s a vent pipe for Corey, and his recent divorce. I appreciate adult writing especially at this stage in both our lives. The music is always technical. It’s the meld between reality, and the observers perspective that I think I love most. It varies from person to person, as it should. I do agree that All Out Life should be on here. Selling the song as a stand alone was obviously a marketing tactic meant to stimulate the saliva glands. Why not include it at this point?
After being hugely dissapointed by "the Gray chapter", which was released about three years ago, I was not overyly excited about WANYK. I guess you could say that I was cautiously optomistic since I am a long-time Slipknot fan (since the first album). After the first 5 listens, I realized that WANYK is absolutly amazing! There are at least 6 tracks on this album that are instant classics. It's honestly hard to choose one stand out track since there are so many great ones. This album has exactly what you'd expect from Slipknot: Amazing, crushingly heavy guitar playing and riffs, super fast but tight drumming, and catchy, melodic singing. 3.0 used to be my favorite Slipknot album but I have to say, WANYK keeps growing on me so fast that I think it will become my favorite.
Man I didn’t think they could power threw losing so many members from different things! Jay Weinberg never missed a beat! I never thought anyone could replace Joey but I was wrong!! Love this freaking album!!!
I really think this is a fantastic album. Seriously. A fine piece of music from a band that has been around for more than twenty years and still has plenty to say. I’ve seen a few negative reviews and feel these are coming from whiny over privileged millennials that will never be happy with anything because they are over caffeinated, overstimulated products of a technology based generation that can’t appreciate an honest effort at an artist’s craft. Slipknot still delivers the goods and are relevant to those who appreciate musicians who make music that they believe in. Great album!
Slipknot has had quite the journey up to this point. Their last two albums, while having a handful of songs that are on par with the band’s potential, stumbled heavily and the results were a far cry from what they’re capable me of. I got excited when I heard All Out Life last year. Then Unsainted came out during a time where the lyrics mirrored what I was going through personally at the time. And then they released Solway Firth, a song that I cannot stop listening to. For me, this is their best song ever. It stands head and shoulders above everything else they’ve written. Just a great song and a great ending to a great album.
This is good stuff. It sounds like their old music, but with a little bit of new sounds. It’s good but I have to admit, not as good as their older stuff. Don’t get me wrong, this is their best album since Vol.3, there was a few good songs in between then, but I can only think of 4 without hearing the song (Psycosocial, sulfur, The devil in I, and Snuff), but all the songs on here are great, it’s easy to listen to the whole album without skipping one or two songs to get to the next good one! Makes me hopeful for the next album they release

This was probably one of the most anticipated albums of the year and it was worth the wait! It’s not traditional Slipknot, but that’s what makes it Slipknot. So experimental and shows how much potential the band still has. Corey’s vocals are INSANE! Ever since he stopped smoking his screams and singing have gotten SO much better. Over all, I love it.
